TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Warranties. Product is warranted, for a period of six (6) months from date of shipment: (a) to meet the manufacturing and material specifications set for the Product and (b) to be of good workmanship and material and free from defect therein. SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

2. Limitation of Liability. Seller’s liability for warranty claims shall be limited to the repair or refurnishing of replacement Product for materials found to be defective.

3. Compliance. Seller certifies that the Product conforms to all valid laws and regulations affecting commercial cosmetic packaging established or promulgated by applicable governmental agencies in the country of manufacture and/or sale.
